Motion Guide

(no ActionScript used)

Motion guides are straight or curved lines that you draw, then attach an object to, so that the object navigates along that line in the published movie. The motion guide is invisible in the movie, so that you see the object moving along the path, but you don't see the path itself. But if you want to draw a visible path, or objects along the side of the path, such as trees lining a road, you can do that as desired, of course. This example shows a paper airplane following a motion guide.
